By accessing or using Repiki, including any subdomains, mobile versions, or related applications (collectively referred to as the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our Platform.
2.1 Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old to use Repiki. If you are under 13, please do not use our Platform.
2.2 Account Registration To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
2.3 User Content You are solely responsible for any content, including quizzes, questions, and answers ("User Content") that you create, submit, or display on the Platform. You agree that User Content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
3.1 Ownership All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Repiki or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
3.2 License By submitting User Content on the Platform, you grant Repiki a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content.
You agree not to engage in any conduct that may violate these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to:
4.1. Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
4.2. Using the Platform for any unauthorized or illegal purpose.
4.3. Impersonating any person or entity.
4.4. Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users.
4.5. Uploading viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
Repiki reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at its sole discretion, with or without cause, and without prior notice.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
REPIKI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM; (B) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS AND/OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN; (C) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE PLATFORM; (D) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE, WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH THE PLATFORM BY ANY THIRD PARTY.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands.
Repiki reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
